Objectives:

Thru the “shadow” dynamic (executive mating), the areas of improvement of the person being coached are identified, observed and analyzed. Thru a 360 evaluation and test of talents, the strengths and weaknesses as well as areas of improvement and dangers of the person are identified. Providing direct feedback to the person being coached related to following managerial areas:

  • Human relations in the work centers
  • Creation of highly effective teams
  • Teamwork
  • Customer oriented approach

Provide feedback to the supervisor/boss on how to lead more effectively the person being coached At the end of the session there will be a significant improvement of the person or a report on his/her current managerial situation and future growth
